Integrative therapy

Confidential, one-to-one sessions of (usually) 50 minutes each. This will be unlike other types of professional relationships in that your therapist is specially trained to adhere ethically to your wellbeing, emotional and psychological needs. This means this space is just for you to explore your thoughts and experiences with someone that will listen and offer reflections without judgement or comparison.

How It Works?

In personal therapy sessions, the therapeutic process unfolds at a pace comfortable for individuals. It's crucial to note that this approach doesn't adopt a one-size-fits-all mindset; instead, it respects and embraces the uniqueness of each individual's needs and objectives. The therapist's unwavering commitment is to establish an environment marked by safety and trust, encouraging candid conversations, even regarding highly sensitive topics.

The therapeutic space serves as a sanctuary for self-exploration and growth, allowing individuals to escape the weight of external expectations and societal norms. It offers dedicated time for reflection, insight, and the navigation of one's inner world. Within this confidential and supportive setting, individuals gain the opportunity to gain insights, address challenges, and achieve a deeper understanding of themselves. The therapist's role is to offer guidance and support, providing empowering perspectives that enable positive changes in life. It's a collaborative and empowering partnership designed to assist individuals in achieving their objectives and enhancing their overall well-being.

Who Can Benefit it?

The strength of this approach lies in its flexibility, offering guidance and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances as they navigate their unique journeys toward well-being and personal development. Personal therapy proves beneficial for individuals dealing with a wide spectrum of concerns including:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
