About Me

I am Sex and Relationship therapist working from North London (E8) and online. I work with individuals, couples and poly groups around themes including:

  • Consensual non-monogamy
  • Erection/ejaculation problems
  • Low sexual desire
  • Orgasm problems
  • Pain during sex
  • Relationship problems e.g. arguing / affairs / communication
  • Sexual compulsive behaviour
  • Sexual discrepancies
  • Sexual trauma
  • Sex, gender, erotic and relationship identity concerns
  • Specific sexual interests (BDSM, kinks and fetishes)
  • Vaginismus

I am sex positive, meaning I respect and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations and practises (including those from LGBTQ+, kink and polyamorous communities). I also respect and welcome individuals from all cultural and religious backgrounds.

We’re not often encouraged to talk openly about sex or the complexities of our relationships. These are topics that can, for many, be shrouded in shame, but gaining an understanding of them can also be key to greater health, happiness and pleasure. While some sexual problems can be very complex, others can be relatively simple and easy to overcome if given the correct information. My aim is to provide a comfortable and confidential space where clients feel empowered to explore their intimate thoughts and feelings, and discover and communicate their needs, boundaries and desires, so as to better understand themselves and those they are in a relationship to.

I am a Pluralistic therapist, meaning I am able draw on multiple therapeutic techniques and theories but place a strong emphasis on the client-focused, collaborative nature of the work. Together we can discuss the kinds of interventions that will suit you best, and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Fees:
Individuals £75
Couples £120
Poly groups £150
