VICTORIA ROWE

Integrative Creative Therapist (MBACP)

At the heart of my work is a commitment to relational, creative, and socially conscious therapy. We will focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for your emotional exploration. One that honours your history, unique story and identity.

Grounded in an integrative approach, we will draw from a wide range of psychotherapy theories and practices to gain a deeper understanding of what’s going on in your life. This includes paying attention to the connection between your body and mind, and how your feelings and experiences might show up physically as well as emotionally.

Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or seeking deeper personal growth, our work will focus on increasing self-awareness, emotional resilience and meaningful change.

This might mean understanding yourself more deeply, processing painful emotions, learning to set boundaries, or moving away from survival patterns like people-pleasing or perfectionism. You may simply be longing for rest or a space to be heard without judgment.

However you come, you are so welcome here.

You may be feeling:

  • Emotionally overwhelmed, anxious or burnt out
  • Disconnected from yourself or others
  • Stuck in patterns that no longer serve you
  • Grieving a loss, relationship or life transition
  • Struggling with shame, low self-worth or self-doubt
  • Navigating identity, systemic harm or marginalisation
  • Disconnected from your body or unsure how to listen to its signals
  • Struggling with self-image, body image, or experiences of body dysphoria

Our work together may involve:

  • Clarifying what you want to change, shift or explore
  • Gaining insight into emotional patterns and relational dynamics
  • Developing more supportive coping strategies and emotional tools
  • Building self-trust, confidence and relational skills
  • Exploring identity, culture and belonging
  • Reclaiming parts of yourself shaped by survival, silence or shame
  • Engaging with creative and embodiment practices to support trauma healing, self-expression, and a more compassionate connection with your body

Next Steps
The best way to get a sense of whether this space feels right for you is through a conversation. I offer a free 15-minute phone call – a chance for you to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and get a feel for how I work.

I offer both short and long-term therapy with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change. Sliding scale rates and a limited number of low-cost spaces are available depending on need and availability.

If you’d like to connect, I’d love to hear from you.
