You may find an experience has led you to question parts of yourself and lifestyle in ways you didn’t use to or that you struggle to make sense of where you fit. Therapy will encourage you to examine your feelings and provide you with the opportunity to uncover and reconnect with parts of yourself. You might want support to leave behind negative elements of yourself you carry with you or to learn how to strengthen your inner resilience.
