Gender, Sexual Identity, LGBTQ+

You may be unclear or confused about your gender, sexual identity or orientation. You may have experienced rejection, abuse or been treated unfairly/ discriminated against because of your identity or feelings. This can lead to mental distress, negative or unhealthy coping mechanisms and behaviours. We have LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex or asexual) affirmative therapists that can support exploration of your feelings to strengthen your sense of self in a safe, non-judgemental way.
