DIVA ULUCAY

Chartered Counselling Psychologist (HCPC, BPS)

About Me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, offering integrative psychological therapy, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies.

You could be seeking therapy because you are struggling with difficult feelings such as low mood, anxiety, anger or guilt, which could be adversely affecting your everyday life. Or you may feel that a closer look into your inner landscape helps you relate to yourself in healthier ways which paves the way for more contentment.

I provide a safe, trustworthy space that enables you to explore and make sense of your past and present experiences and patterns of relationship to gain insight. By providing an empathic and accepting relationship, the aim is to allow you to freely communicate your thoughts and feelings.

Together we can also discuss practical ways of addressing your current problems to improve your daily life. We can begin exploring your values and aspirations for the future in which you are fulfilled.
