I am a qualified and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)-registered Dramatherapist and a full member of the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth). I have experience working with adults, children, and young people across NHS and private practice settings, and I welcome clients from all age groups and backgrounds.
My approach is creative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. Dramatherapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to explore the inner emotional world through imagery, symbol, movement, role, voice, and metaphor. This can be particularly helpful when lived experiences feel difficult to put into words, or when talking alone feels limiting or overwhelming.
I work collaboratively, with sessions guided by the client’s needs and pace. Therapy with me may involve creative exploration, reflective dialogue, or a combination of both, depending on your preferences. My areas of expertise include neurodiversity (ADHD and autism) and family and relationship dynamics. I am especially interested in supporting people impacted by intergenerational trauma, as well as those navigating different parts of their identity or cultural heritage.
I adhere to the HCPC and BADth codes of practice and ethical guidelines and believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. I aim to create a safe, contained, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
